How much do you charge for delivery?

• Delivery charge is based on the total value of your order ONLY if you request a mail or courier / express mail delivery of a package or guide
• There are no delivery charges applicable to guides, information or eConsult services.

The delivery charge which will apply is as follows:

• Online guides and info packs are available for download from your clients within 24 hours after you have placed your order. These are made available to you (delivered) at no charge
• Should you request a package to be sent by standard mail, a delivery charge of $ 30 will apply
• Courier and express deliveries will incur a delivery charge of $ 150

How long does it normally take?

• Online guides and information are made available for download within 24 hours
• Depending on when you complete your order and delivery times of products you should normally receive your order between 5 to 7days if an express or courier delivery is requested and paid for.
• Standard mail deliveries can take up to 30 days to reach you

Do you accept orders from any location ?

• Yes.
• You can place an order with us for an online service from any location in the world
• Orders for mail packages can also be made from any location in the world
