ASA Group is the largest migration agency in Australia advising and assisting skilled workers from around the world to migrate to Australia. Our database of offshore skilled workers is measured in the tens of thousands and across an extremely diverse occupation list from professionals to trades.
ASA SkillsLink is the corporate division of ASA that specialises in meeting the needs of Australian employers who require valuable skilled workers from overseas.
SkillsLink's primary role is to match our highly skilled and diversified offshore clients with the needs of employers all over Australia. Not only do we source highly talented labour but we provide a sophisticated visa and relocation program to ensure the smooth transition of our clients into their new country and position.
So how does it work?
For Employers
Through the use of highly sophisticated web based technology our employer clients register for SkillsLink and upload Job Descriptions for positions which they are willing to sponsor highly qualified staff from overseas. Once these are received by ASA SkillsLink, recruiters may browse the profiles of qualified people who match their requirements and select their CV for download.
ASA SkillsLink will assist with the interview and reference checking processes and once a candidate is appointed we will arrange the visa and relocation to Australia to start in their new position.
There are 4 different employer service packages to choose from. These range from a comprehensive full service including sourcing of staff to a simple visa and nomination service for individual overseas recruits. All service options include full ASA migration advice and access to highly experienced MARA registered migration agents.
For Overseas Skilled Workers
Skilled workers who are looking for a job in Australia can register with SkillsLink and provide ASA with their detailed CV and references. This information will be used to link with employers in Australia who are looking to sponsor 457 visas for people with those particular skills, qualification, experience and background.
Employers will short list potential employees and ASA will arrange interviews, qualification and reference checking.
SkillsLink candidates who are offered 457 sponsorship will then go through the complete ASA process for skills assessment and arrangement of their 457 visa.
Overseas skilled workers will be able to view available positions being advertised within the SkillsLink network, communicate with ASA and upload documents and CV's through our client management system.
